Supervision services are scheduled on a weekly basis and are structured to meet all state requirements regarding frequency and the total number of required hours.
Yes, we will create a supervision contract and complete a weekly supervision record to document supervision hours.
While every session will be a little different, a typical session may include guidance on diagnostic formulation and case conceptualization, therapeutic intervention review, treatment planning support and documentation review. We may also discuss career development, reflect on progress made and celebrate your wins from the week!
My approach to feedback is collaborative, strengths-based and grounded in mutual respect. I see supervision as a space where learning can happen safely—where it's okay to not have all the answers, make mistakes and grow from them.
