Welcome—and thank you for being here. Starting therapy is an act of courage, hope and commitment to positive growth. Whether you’re seeking support for your child, your family or yourself, I want you to know you’ve taken a powerful first step. My practice is built on a deep belief in the strength of children, the insight of caregivers and the incredible resilience that emerges when families feel supported, heard and understood.
With over a decade of experience in both clinical and educational settings, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, caregivers and fellow professionals through some of life’s most challenging—and transformative—experiences. From navigating anxiety, mood-related concerns, attention difficulties, and school stress, to building emotional regulation, self-confidence, and connection, I am here to help families move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered.
Every child is unique—and so is every path to healing. I approach therapy with a deep respect for your child’s individuality and a strong belief that you, the caregiver, are the expert on their needs. Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process: together, we’ll build a personalized plan that meets your child where they are, strengthens your relationship and fosters lasting growth.
My work extends beyond individual therapy. As a psychotherapist licensed in 12 states, I also offer clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians and conduct psychological evaluations for individuals navigating immigration proceedings. Across all areas of my practice, I’m grounded in empathy, understanding and a commitment to collaborative care.
Whether I’m supporting a child through behavioral challenges, mentoring a new therapist, or providing a voice for someone seeking safety through asylum, my mission remains the same: to support healing, growth and lasting change.
This blog will be a space where I share reflections, resources and practical strategies to support you and your family. We’ll explore common emotional and behavioral challenges and deepen our understanding of what drives positive change in therapy.
Wherever you are in your journey, I am honored to walk alongside you with empathy, purpose and respect. Together, we’ll work to create a foundation of trust, resilience and meaningful progress—for your child, for your family and for the future ahead.
With care,
